

The Studio has been appointed after a three-way pitch to create the visual identity for KBB (Kitchens Bathrooms & Bedrooms) the largest trade event in this arena in the UK.
The Interiors Marketing team wanted to have an eye-catching campaign-able idea to attract exhibitors and visitors alike to the event, which is to be held at the NEC in March 2008. KBB features both Expotile and HPE shows to further attract a wider audience of builders, architects, independent and multiple retailers. It was The Studio's challenge was to communicate this in one message, making it flexible enough to work across the three focus areas. The Studio presented an idea that captured the sleek lines of product ranges and put KBB at the heart of the industry by creating a strapline "at the centre innovation and installation".
Commenting on the concept - Christian Gould, Head of Design at The Studio, said "this project was extremely challenging - we managed to create a concept that conveyed the message that this show will meet the needs of a diverse range of visitors, showcasing everything from designer collections through to engineering and installation systems".
The concept is to be applied to a wide range of marketing communications including advertising, visitor guides, website and direct marketing in a scalable format from electronic newsletter headers to large format graphics.
