KINOE, Kids In Need Of Education, is a UK charity that helps to raise funds for educational projects in the Indian subcontinent. Set up 11 years ago, it currently supports a school project in Mumbai, India, which takes children from the city's slums and streets and gives them an education. KINOE projects include a traditional Tibetan Medical school in the remote region of Mustang in Nepal and the sponsoring of a number of disadvantaged children at a school in Kathmandu.
As part of KINOE's ongoing fundraising activity The Studio supported a charity quiz and auction night held at Stationers Hall, London. The event raise over £15,000 to help provide schooling for 3,000 children in the slums of Mumbai and Nepal.
